We are delighted to announce that this month Fideliti has successfully achieved the ISO27001 certification, something that we have been working towards for several months.

ISO27001 is an Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard which is internationally recognised and requires companies to put in place and maintain adequate security controls to protect information assets at all times. A rigorous audit by an independent body must be undergone before a company can achieve the ISO27001 certification. Our compliance with the ISO27001 standard was certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited (LRQA). Audits will be on-going at regular six monthly intervals ensuring a full review of our policies and information systems.

Fideliti has always been committed to information security and the protection of customer data. By achieving this standard we believe that we have further demonstrated the level of importance we place on it. This new certification, along with our existing ISO9001 certification gives a guarantee to our customers that Fideliti and all our staff are dedicated to both security and delivering excellent customer service.
