Childcare Provider Information

New government legislation brought in on the 6th April 2005 allows working parents to potentially save up to £933 per annum on their childcare fees by using childcare vouchers.

Whilst the Childcare Voucher Scheme closed to new joiners on the 4th October 2018, existing scheme members can remain on the scheme and can continue to use vouchers to pay for their childcare fees.

Our aim is to make the process straightforward and to ensure prompt payment of your fees.

We've put together responses to the frequently asked questions we receive below. If you can't see the answer to your question, please email us at enquiries@fideliti.co.uk and a member of the team will get back to you.

  • 1. How do I register?

To register to accept Fideliti childcare voucher payments, please click on the following link to complete our online registration form

Please be aware that we can only make payments to Ofsted or equivalent, registered childcare providers.

If you require any assistance during the registration process, please email us at enquiries@fideliti.co.uk and a member of the team will get back to you.

  • 2. If I am already registered with Fideliti do I have to register again if more children are added to your scheme?

No, once you have registered with us you will receive a unique Fideliti Account Number. This should be given to any parent wishing to make payments to you using Fideliti childcare vouchers.

  • 3. How long will it take for me to receive payment for the vouchers?

Once a payment has been requested by a parent, this will typically be processed within 2-3 working days of the requested date.

Payments are not made on weekends or Bank Holidays. If a payment falls due on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, it will be processed on the next available payment run. All payments are made by BACS transfer and will take a further 2-3 working days from the processing date to be credited to your bank account.

If we hold an email address for you, a remittance will be sent to you on the day the payment is made/processed.

  • 4. What other information will you need from me?

It is important that if you change your bank account details you notify us immediately. You can do this by sending an email to enquiries@fideliti.co.uk Please ensure that you include both your old and your new bank account details in the email.

We will carry out an Adhoc check on your Ofsted, or equivalent registration details. If there are any changes to your registration status, you need to make us and the parent/legal guardian you are receiving childcare voucher payments for, aware immediately. If we are unable to verify your registration details, we cannot make payments to you so it is important that you let us know if this changes.
