New government legislation brought in on the 6th April 2005 allows working parents to potentially save up to £933 per annum on their childcare fees by
using childcare vouchers.
Our aim is to make the process of claiming vouchers as simple as possible and to ensure prompt payment of your fees.

1. How do I register?
To register on the voucher scheme you can complete our online registration form or alternatively please contact the Fideliti Helpline on 0800 288 8727 and a member of our Customer Services Team will arrange for a registration form to be posted out to you.

2. If I am already registered with Fideliti do I have to register again if more children are added to your scheme?
No, once you have registered with us you will receive a Fideliti account number, this can be passed onto any other parents using the Fideliti Childcare Voucher Scheme.
3. How do I claim the vouchers?

Post: By returning the voucher(s) to Fideliti (pre-paid envelopes are available on request)

Online: By using your online Fideliti account
A parent can request a regular monthly payment to be made directly to you
4. How long will it take for me to receive payment for the vouchers?
Once a payment has been initiated this will be processed within one working day, the payment will then be made by BACS and will take between 3-4 working days until it reaches your bank account.
5. What other information will you need from me?
We will need annual confirmation of your OFSTED registration or approval. If we do not have this we cannot make payments to you.
