About Us : The Fideliti Story

  • Fideliti has been actively running Childcare Voucher Schemes since 2005. Fideliti is an ethical family owned company specialising in the provision of childcare vouchers. Our bespoke systems and procedures allow us to offer maximum flexibility and tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Since our inception we have achieved rapid growth and in December 2011,2012 and 2013 we were listed in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 companies. Our rapid expansion can be credited to the exceptional levels of customer service, dedicated account management and customer focused approach we offer to our clients.
  • Our client base incorporates a wide range of market sectors across the whole of the UK and our clients ranges from small companies with less than ten employees to large multi-national companies with thousands of employees. Our clients include Councils, Police Forces, NHS Trusts, Universities, Central Government Departments, FTSE 100 companies and many more. Whatever the size of the client, we remain focused on ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
  • One of the key benefits in dealing with Fideliti as the provider of childcare vouchers is that we endeavour to reduce the administration burden for our clients. Our standard management fee is based on a fully managed service ensuring that the client’s involvement is minimal and is restricted to payroll deductions and the processing of our monthly invoice.
  • As a business we are constantly monitoring and reviewing the service we offer. We conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to understand the needs and expectations of our users with regards to our services and business processes. We act on any feedback received and ensure that we are offering the best service available to all of our clients. We take a pro-active approach in our marketing strategy and are regularly reviewing our marketing literature and information. Our aim is to ensure the scheme is easily understood and available to as many employees as possible.
