Online Childcare Voucher Amendments/Cancellations

November 2019

You are now able to amend or cancel your childcare vouchers via our website. You simply need to login to your Fideliti Account and select the relevant option within the My Account section. Please note that one month’s notice prior to your date of pay is still required.

If you need reminding of your login details to access your account, please just send an email to and we can resend them to you. Alternatively you can use the contact us enquiry form on the website.

If you’re thinking of cancelling your childcare vouchers because you’re about to start receiving 30 free hours, just a reminder that you can be in receipt of both childcare vouchers and 30 hours free childcare at the same time. However, you can’t be in receipt of childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) at the same time.
