Fideliti Childcare Vouchers

Electronic Childcare Vouchers

Electronic childcare vouchers offer you an online account to manage your childcare vouchers. You simply receive the value of the childcare vouchers into your own electronic account. This allows you to access your childcare vouchers account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including bank holidays.

The online account is a self-managed account and will be credited each month with the value of your childcare vouchers on or around pay day. You can then make payments to your childcare provider via electronic transfer into their bank or building society account. (Fideliti will contact your childcare provider directly to obtain this information. ) This type of account gives you more flexibility and allows you to accrue vouchers for school holidays, or to use at a later date as required

The system is simple to use and easy to monitor - everything is secure, and any queries you or your childcare provider might have can be answered through the helpline. You can also manage your account via our free mobile app which can be downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play.

For ease of management, Fideliti also offer the facility of a joint parent account. This allows parents to accrue childcare vouchers into one electronic account and make joint payments to carers as necessary.

Auto-Payment Childcare Vouchers

Auto-Pay childcare vouchers enable you to specify a date and payment amount on your application form to enable Fideliti to make automatic payments to your Childcare Provider each month. An email notification of each payment made would be sent to you. No further involvement is required by either yourself or your childcare provider.
