Scheme Set Up
We have designed our childcare voucher scheme to be as easy to set up as possible. We have
listed below the 5 simple steps to joining us and launching the scheme within
your company:
- A registration form would be issued to allow registration of your company into
the Fideliti childcare voucher scheme.
- A letter of intent to provide childcare vouchers should be sent to your local
tax office along with a copy of the variation of employment terms contract.
Templates for both of these can be provided by Fideliti.
- Working with one of our dedicated account managers we would then plan your
launch. This would be tailored to suit your company's individual needs and would
include determining the method of enrolment, launch materials and the management
of staff queries.
- As employees join the scheme we would confirm the approval status of specified
childcare providers. Upon confirmation your payroll department would be notified
of the necessary start dates and salary deductions to make.
- Upon payment of our invoices, childcare vouchers would be distributed to all employees
using either our paper or e-voucher scheme.
