- A registration form would be issued to allow registration of your company into the Fideliti voucher scheme.
- A letter of intent to provide childcare vouchers should be sent to your local tax office along with a copy of the variation of employment terms contract. Templates for both of these can be provided by Fideliti.
- Working with one of our dedicated account managers we would then plan your launch. This would be tailored to suit your company's individual needs and would include determining the method of enrolment, launch materials and the management of staff queries.
- As employees join the scheme we would confirm the approval status of specified childcare providers. Upon confirmation your payroll department would be notified of the necessary start dates and salary deductions to make.
- Upon payment of our invoices, vouchers would be distributed to all employees using either our paper, electronic or autopay scheme.
