Employer	New government legislation brought in on the 6th April 2005 allows working parents to potentially save over £1100 per annum from their childcare fees by using childcare vouchers. Our aim is to make the process of claiming vouchers as simple as possible to ensure prompt payment for your fees. Contact Us	How do I register? In order to register on the Fideliti voucher scheme, a parent will need to complete an application form showing your contact details. On receipt of this we will send out a carer application form, this will need to be completed and returned to us along with a copy of your registration or approval certificate.

	If I am already registered with Fideliti do I have to register again if more children are added to your scheme? No, once you have registered with us you will receive a Fideliti account number, this can be passed onto any other parents using the Fideliti Childcare Voucher Scheme.
	How do I claim the vouchers? Vouchers can be claimed by using our freephone number, pre-paid envelopes supplied or a parent can request a regular monthly payment to be made directly to you.
	How long will it take for me to receive payment for the vouchers? Once a payment has been initiated this will be processed within one working day, the payment will then be made by BACS and will take between 3-4 working days until it reaches your bank account.
	What other information will you need from me? We will need annual confirmation of your OFSTED registration or approval. If we do not have this we cannot make payments to you.
