Fideliti was established in May 2005 and have been actively running Childcare Voucher Schemes since July 2005. We specialise in the provision of Childcare Vouchers which has allowed us to develop bespoke systems and procedures giving maximum flexibility, the ability to deliver excellent customer service and the capability to offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Since our inception we have achieved rapid growth and our client base incorporates a wide range of market sectors. Our clients range from small companies with less than 10 employees to large multi-national companies, councils, NHS Trusts, financial institutions, universities and other public and private sector organisations.

One of the key benefits in dealing with Fideliti as the provider of childcare vouchers is that we endeavour to reduce the admin burden for our clients. Our standard management fee is based on a fully managed service ensuring that your involvement is minimal and is restricted to payroll deductions and the processing of our monthly invoice.

We recognise that there are larger providers of Childcare Vouchers in the marketplace and that we are competing with other companies who have much larger client bases. We have grown to the size that we have working with companies nationwide ranging in size from less than 10 employees to in excess of 50,000 employees due to our excellent customer service, dedicated account management and customer focused approach.

We take a pro-active approach in our marketing strategy and are regularly reviewing our marketing information to ensure the scheme is easily understood and available to as many employees as possible.
